This app works really well for us. It saves us tons of data entry time. We don't sync inventory, just orders. Occasionally it has errors, but usually it's because a tax category wasn't pre-configured.

This app offers better structured data than our theme. Support was great, noticing and then fixing some duplicate data issues.
We just switched to this app and had some issues due to some other code we were working on at the same time. Support was able to help us get it sorted right away. So far, it seems like a much better app than the standard one from shopify.
