Absolutely amazing support and a great SEO app! The Smart SEO team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me. They went above and beyond to understand what I needed and provided a solution that exceeded my expectations. The app is easy to use and offers powerful SEO features such as JSON-LD, meta tags, image optimization, and more. An absolute must-have tool if you want to improve your store's ranking without any headaches. The SEO setup is super comprehensive, and the results are really noticeable. 5 stars. Ivailo was absolutely outstanding. I moved to Smart SEO after a frustrating experience with Webrex, where I was being pushed toward a US$99/month plan largely so I could have multilingual structured data across my international storefronts. Smart SEO completely changed the experience. For a fraction of the price I now have multilingual JSON-LD with no language limit, image optimisation, alt tags, image filename optimisation, SEO audits, LLM files and a huge number of other SEO tools in one app. The biggest difference, however, was the support. Ivailo personally went through my live Google Rich Results tests, found duplicate Product schema coming from my theme and Judge.me, helped remove the conflicts, retested everything, and confirmed that my Judge.me reviews were correctly integrating into Smart SEO’s Product JSON-LD. He didn’t just send generic instructions. He actually investigated the site, identified the exact problems, fixed the duplicate structured data and stayed with me until the Rich Results test was clean apart from a non-critical warning. This is exactly what technical support should be. After being asked elsewhere to pay US$99/month just to properly cover multilingual schema, finding Smart SEO at this price with this level of functionality and support is honestly incredible value. Huge thank you to Ivailo specifically. He genuinely solved the problems I downloaded the app to fix. Highly recommended.

Smart SEO has been a very useful app for managing and improving the SEO of our Shopify store. The features are well thought out, but what really stood out to us was the quality of their support. We recently ran into a structured data issue where Google was reporting duplicate review and brand information. Radoslav from the Smart SEO support team investigated it carefully, identified that the problem was caused by duplicate and outdated JSON-LD generated by the theme, and resolved it properly for us. What I especially appreciated was that the issue was handled with care rather than simply suggesting that we disable useful SEO features. Radoslav took the time to find the actual source of the problem and implement the correct fix. Excellent support, knowledgeable team, and a very solid SEO app for Shopify. Highly recommended.

Rado is the best! He pointed out issues and deactivated a few scripts in my theme that were outputting wrong set of structured data. I was able to see improvements right away and can't wait to see long-term effects (SEO takes time). Highly recommend! Rado also helped me submitting my updated web site to google search console and he fixed the JSON-LD structured data output. Best service! I have a monthly subscription w/Smart SEO and am thrilled with this app.

After testing almost 9 SEO apps, healthcare nt sickcare found Smart SEO to be the most trustworthy and capable for our Shopify store. We wanted an app that is stable, focuses on real SEO fundamentals, and doesn’t add unnecessary clutter. What makes Smart SEO stand out is its approach. While many other apps only optimize meta tags (or promote “AI” SEO features), Smart SEO focuses on the core that actually matters, essential SEO setup for Shopify, speed/performance-related factors, and other relevant store-side SEO components. Support has also been excellent. The team is easy to reach by email and provided extended technical support to fix issues and keep our store clean and error-free. They also offered an extended SEO audit using external tools and shared the report with us. In addition, they helped us identify crawl errors and warnings in Google Search Console (GSC) and supported us in resolving them. They even assisted with migrating data from other apps we previously used for things like image/alt settings, llms.txt, and HTML sitemap. A special thank you to Todor for his kind, supportive, and humble guidance. With about 3 years of Shopify experience, we have not found many support people who go so far to understand complex, specific requirements—especially for a diagnostic centre business with medical terminology and structured data needs. Todor truly delivered beyond expectations. Overall, we highly recommend Smart SEO for any new Shopify store or any Shopify store currently using messy or overly complicated AI-driven SEO apps. Install it—even the free version—and you’ll likely feel the quality immediately. They also offer a 7-day free trial with all plans. We found the premium plan worth it, and we are currently using it. We plan to use Smart SEO long-term.
I’ve tried quite a few SEO apps, and this is the one I ended up sticking with. It’s not overly flashy, but it handles the important technical stuff without constant tweaking. The AI generations are very solid and save a lot of time, and the SEO audit gives a clear idea of what to work on next. The structured data is Google- and Schema.org-compliant, and the support team did a great job helping clean up our rich results errors. Overall, it simplifies things and keeps everything running smoothly in the background without any intervention. Thanks!

For my Shopify ecommerce store, I loved Smart SEO from when I started using it in Sept 2025. It is easy to use and allows me to audit all my product pages for SEO compliance on multiple level with an easy rating system to see when each of my product, collection, blog post pages are SEO compliant. Uploading an updated sitelink to Google is a breeze. After a recent site audit of my website, I found that my my Meta description was pulling on the product description. It turns out this was due to old coding that my previous SEO app code left in my theme. The Sherpas support team did an amazing job and were very clear on what needed to be done and fixed it right away and removed all of the old app's code. Problem solved! I highly recommend Smart SEO if you want to clean up your pages and improve your websites SEO. The Best!!

This is a great App, very easy to install, easily integrates with Shopify eCommerce store. It tremendously improves SEO for website ranking. I have been using the App for maybe 5 years now. I can boost page speed, upload sitemap on Google search console with ease. I can auto fix 404 user hits or broken links from the website. In fact, most of these operations are automated. The App scans for broken links on the website automatically. Another brilliant feature is the image optimization. Best of all is the helpful Support Team.
We have two stores. We use Smart SEO for one of them and I have to say they have a very well, all around pack for a very reasonable price. Support team is friendly and actually know how to troubleshoot when you receive that GSC or GMerchant emails. The only downside for me is the UX, which is a bit basic, but I know for a fact they are working on it. Once this is delivered, this will be an absolute must. They also play along very well with their other app T-Lab for translations, which is also a must for us.

Ivailo went above and beyond to solve a complex JSON-LD duplication issue We had a tricky structured data problem — a duplicate Product JSON-LD block was causing errors across 212 pages in Google Search Console. Ivailo identified the root cause quickly and accurately, confirmed that the issue was coming from custom code we had added to our theme (not from Smart SEO), and guided us through the fix step by step. The support was fast, technically precise, and genuinely helpful. Smart SEO is already a great app, but having this level of customer support makes it even better. Highly recommended.
