we’ve been using zoko’s whatsapp api for a while now, and it’s been a really good addition for our business. • the chatbot makes day to day customer conversations so much easier to handle • their support team is quick to respond and always helpful • tagging customers via shopify has made it simple to run targeted campaigns • the shopify integration itself works smoothly and saves us time • aaquib has been especially helpful in guiding us through the setup and answering questions during work hours • overall, it’s made customer engagement and campaign management much more efficient for us

Been using this software for booking bluedart shipments. It integrates well through your own bluedart account with API. However we found the NDR feature to be a bit basic. Unable to share a comment with bluedart team when shipment is in NDR. Hoping for improvement here in future. Customer support and response is quick and efficient.

Super app. I had an issue that was resolved super fast with the help of Sabeeh. He jumped on a call and helped us out within 2 mins of chatting with him. Pricing is good too! Highly recommended.

The platform is really simple and easy to use! Rahul & Akansh helped me through the onboarding and set up over a few calls and looked into all the queries I had to set up my store campaigns, add users, templates etc. Would definitely recommend using their services.

this is the only free review app that sends out requests for reviews which ive found. though the UI UX isnt the best itll do for a start up like mine on a shoe string budget.
