It's overly 'smart' and a bit out of control. It promised an immediate reshipment to a customer (even committed to delivery time!) when we were offline without any consent from us or notification afterwards - this has caused a big customer frustration and related financial loss. Hi Lansei China, thank you for your honest feedback. We understand your concerns and will carefully review this issue to improve the service and avoid such situations.
The team has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of setting up the loyalty program. They’re professional, polite, and thoughtful, and I’m hopeful this level of service continues in the future. A special thank you to Hazel for her outstanding support! :)
