We have updated this review over time, and are happy with the steady growth in the features they have developed over time. Their customer service is very responsive (we've had a great experience with Cole). We've had to exercise some patience, as they are a young platform still adding features, but they've met our expectations on stability, scalability and customer support.
Honestly, this app is so good that it is hard to believe it is available at the price point that it is at. We've tried other tools, but none of them speak Shopify's language as well as this app does. Their other apps are super reliable, too!
The app did not send account invites to many emails on the list. We've had to manually send invites to customers.

Hi Goodmylk, sorry to hear you experienced an issue! It looks like you used our app a year ago, so we can't verify the stats on the send (we discard old data for privacy reasons). But we'd be happy to give you a free re-send, and ensure everyone who is meant to get an invite, does receive one. We already emailed you, but feel free to email us back if you need further assistance.
