Installed the app and immediately created a label. The first label did not show up on my webshop and contacted the support team. It took only a matter of minutes to get a reply and they checked every setting together. It was a small issue in the config and they detected it very fast. The other labels worked perfectly from the start.

I was exploring this app but had some questions. The excellent and fast (human) service was really a delight. They even contacted their developers and were swift in their response. It's been a while since I encountered such a nice customer service. Really excellent app!
