This is exactly what we needed to bulk update our product variant prices! We do a lot of POS sale events and most events offer different discounts so this has been a life saver. So happy we found it. Definitely recommend
Chloe the chat support was excellent. My website contains variants which at the first go did not work but she worked out a way around the problem and I am now going to commit to this app as it solves a lot of problems I have had in the past and has given me market opportunities I wish to exploit.
The bulk price update took a little longer than expected to start, but once it began, it processed successfully. The app made it easy to apply a storewide discount and schedule the prices to be restored automatically. Customer support responded very quickly and was friendly and helpful. Overall, a useful app for managing promotional price changes.
Amazing and very supportive. Understand the problem and quick solution
So far, it has done what I needed it to do with relative ease.
So far, Bulk Price Editor Sami has been great to use! We can’t quite give it 5 stars just yet as we’ve only used it a handful of times, but so far it’s been really useful and reliable. We mainly use it to schedule price adjustments for sale items, and after some testing, it’s worked really well and made the process much easier for us Very happy with it so far
Thank you, Helen! My store was still displaying discounted prices after I reverted my sale, and Helen quickly advised me to check my Markets settings. Sure enough, my wholesale discount market was still active, that was the culprit. Her guidance was spoton and the issue was resolved seamlessly. I truly appreciate her help!
I was assisted by Chloe; she helped me quickly and resolved my issue. Thank you.
I had issues understanding the app, they did a great job helping me!!
App is easy to navigate and customer service is top notch! A big shout out to Helen for all of her help!
Very bad app. Sets sales before finished. Revert sale does not revert everything. When you go to do a sale it changes your original price to the last sale where it gives a discount on the last sale loosing you money. They refuse to take responsiblity. They say it does not do that. What they believe and what actually happens are two differant things. I gave them many chances, yet it has cost me days. In the middle of helping me they stopped for over an hour lunch. Meanwhile I waited which ended up being 6.6 hours. On attempting to help them they contued to state it was from my end. They will not fix issues but rather continue to blame the user. I have many apps and have expericance on websites since 2002.
Helen very helpful! And solve my problem too!
Haley was super helpful and really nice. She answered my questions quickly and made everything easy
The application is stable and works well, support is fast, we use it on our brands. Thank you.
I was so overwhelmed trying to set a discount / sale price on over 70 products with different variations -literally spent hours and just about gave up. Then I googled how i could do this faster or at least a better way- and i found information on this Sami bulk price editor app. I had some questions- because i wasn't doing something right. I was suprised there was an agent available within 1 minute. Haley was super helpful. She was patient with me and gave me screen shots of the fields I need to update- and showing me how to update. After a couple of times of me doing it myself and still somehow messing it up- i finally got it. Like i said- Haley was very patient. Great customer service. You can tell they care about helping you out. Which I can't say that about many places these days. Thank you Haley.
Easy to use and when we required some additional help, Chloe was extremely helpful and efficient!
One of the best apps for maintaining pricing on Shopify store. Thank you Samita for this app.
great for showing the reduced prices for customers thanks Sarah
Haley and the developers are amazing. Haley in particular always troubleshoots for us quickly and efficiently. All their apps are helpful and have helped our website considerably!
Simple & served the purpose very well. I did face little configuration issues initially. However Haley from the support team helped me promptly and resolved the issue. Thank you.
Really good app help with me set up compare at price to 30% for all my product at once and set the sale price to end with .95 for all my product just the app I was looking for.
A huge thank you to Sarah for her help, which was invaluable! Well done, Sarah!
This app is the best bulk editor app there is! I can't recommend it enough.
I was exploring this app but had some questions. The excellent and fast (human) service was really a delight. They even contacted their developers and were swift in their response. It's been a while since I encountered such a nice customer service. Really excellent app!
Great support by Haley that explained everything to us. The plugin works perfect for our store as we expected
Perfect app for those whose huge number of products and looking bulk update the price and discount collection wise which is not possible in shopify native setup
Very Good Support, quick response, and customised solution. Best team!
Sami Bulk Price Editor has been an essential tool for managing our Shopify store with over 1,500 products. We recently ran a storewide 22% sale, and the app handled everything smoothly. Applying the discount was fast and accurate, and the rollback process was just as reliable—1,531 out of 1,533 products were successfully reverted. The remaining two products were likely skipped because they had been manually edited or changed after the discount, which is understandable. The app is intuitive, reliable, and saves us an incredible amount of time compared to manually updating prices. Features like bulk editing, change previews, vendor filtering, and one-click revert make managing large inventories effortless. What impressed me the most was their customer support. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful in explaining everything clearly and resolving our questions quickly. If you're running a Shopify store—especially one with a large catalog—I highly recommend Sami Bulk Price Editor. It's a dependable app backed by an excellent support team.
Updated 950 SKUs in 30 seconds. I haven't used it for anything else yet but that alone saved me HOURS of work. And it was free!
Great App, So easy to operate, Everything is smooth, Great support, Save lot of time
top merci pour la gratuité , vous etes les best, sav super rapide et efficace
Une superbe application et une assistance au top !! Merci Haley :)
It has helped me where other apps did not. So far so good.
I was dreading updating prices across my entire store because I refuse to use CSV uploads; too many things can go wrong. This app changed that. What would have taken me days of manually editing individual variants took just a couple of hours. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, and everything worked exactly as expected with no issues. If you have a large catalog and need to update pricing by variant across multiple products, this handles it well.
So far, so good! I needed support to set up a task, and even though the timezone is quite a bit ahead of mine, the team replied quickly and got all my issues sorted out.
app works great had a small issue and support helped fix it right up asap, always super quick support and was even happy to help troubleshoot an issue that was not from them!
Great app for bulk discounts. User friendly.Their support team is very helpful and responds promplty. Highly recommend it.
The app works as advertised, and the price can't be beat. When I've needed support, it has usually been available within a reasonable timeframe. However, once with a critical error, it was difficult to obtain quick assistance due to the time difference. I would have given them 5 stars except that the product has taken a step backward. In the past, you could change the price and add a tag with the same edit. We use tags to trigger other functions when sales are run. Now they have separated the two edits, so you have to create two separate edits for each product in the sale. This is a definite downgrading of the app. I don't know if in the past they allowed other multiple field edits because I didn't need them. However, it looks like you can now only edit one field per task.
This app is fantastic! Saves so much time and its FREE! I had questions and I used their chat feature and they were very friendly and helpful. Download this app!
The customer support was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient, friendly, and walked me through the solutions step by step. She even followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly on my end. 5 stars for the outstanding service!
