I had high hopes for this app, however ever since we have started using it there have been several issues. The biggest let down is that it is not compatible with Shop Pay. We cannot delete Shop Pay as 40% of our customers use it to speed up the checkout process. So we may not continue to use Gift Reggie in the future, unless they make it work with Shop Pay.

Thank you for your review. I suspect there may have been a miscommunication, Shop Pay is supported with some minor limitations. I will reach out to discuss
This was fairly easy to set up and its user friendly. I can't wait for them to develop a way for customers to sign up and earn points at POS.
