We've used gift reggie for years! Our experience has continually been wonderful. If there is an issue, they are always there to assist. The value in this app is unreal if you offer gift registry in your store.

I had more than one complicated question and a few new requests for our registry app, and (Jason Larose) was truly one of the most responsive customer service people I’ve ever worked with!! He was incredibly knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and quick to respond every single time. While my requests aren’t available just yet, he clearly communicated that these features are being added to their wishlist—which I really appreciate. Love the Gift Reggie team and their support. Always very trustworthy and responsive. And people love the wishlist feature that easily integrates into Shopify. Its as easy as 1-2-3. A tech company would need 4 months to build this. Update: 7-30-2025 - Still using Gift reggie and support is great!

Have been using this app for a few years with no problems. Have needed to reached out to customer service only one time to make sure this transferred seamlessly to a new theme. They were quick to respond and very helpful.

I had high hopes for this app, however ever since we have started using it there have been several issues. The biggest let down is that it is not compatible with Shop Pay. We cannot delete Shop Pay as 40% of our customers use it to speed up the checkout process. So we may not continue to use Gift Reggie in the future, unless they make it work with Shop Pay.

The help of the gift reggie team was very good, they are very kind, patient and fast when solving issues!

The registries work really well for us. However, we wish that on the wish lists, gifts purchased could be tracked as well so we can better learn ROI on this tool. I will say, though, that when I had an issue, the customer service person (Jason Larose) was very quick to help and had a quick, easy, and functioning solution! 10/10 on customer service!

I wish I could give this app 3.5 stars. From our perspective, it works pretty well. It's easy to navigate the app on the back end, easy to manage registries for customers, easy to customize. The only complaint is the POS integration is pretty limited, and the "Add Registry" tile does not work, but I've contacted support to see if that can be fixed. However, the end user experience is pretty poor. The UI just feels like something that was made 10 years ago, and it's very clunky on a mobile device.

Gift Reggie is awesome. The support has been spectacular. I am so impressed. I wish more developers worked like this. They have helped me get it working and helped me make it match the website and saved me so much money from hiring a developer. I love them!

This app is a great addition to our website. It will help our customers keep track of products they may buy in the future. Also, the customer service is excellent. I had all the questions I had answered and lots of help with getting the look we want for our website.

We have been using gift reggie for almost 6 years. While the app runs well on a basic level, there has been little to no advancements or upgrades to the app. After that much time some improvements and or additional features would be great. We continue to use the app since there are minimal other options out there and some of the other options are closer to $250 a month to use. Customer service is ok, every time there is a theme upgrade it removes the add to registry button for the app which means we have to reach out to customer service and they seem annoyed that we need this fixed. They have went ahead without consultation previously and re-added the button to a location we did not want but then told us they would then charge us to move it where we wanted it. Considering we pay monthly for this app and interact with them once a year if that I feel these fixes, which are of no fault of our own should be acceptable. We would love to see some of the following 1) In store scanner option - using a customers cell phone to scan would be great. 2) Ability to have out of stock items excluded or auto removed from the registry. 3) Ability to add additional features like registry perks within the system/ a little more customization.

Jason has been such a great help getting Gift Reggie set up with my Shopify Store, I’m very excited to offer this to my customers. I own a children’s boutique (8 1/2 yrs) and just last April switched my POS to Shopify, it has been fun integrating these apps and really looking forward to using Gift Reggie!!!

We have been looking for a registry solution across many platforms. Gift Reggie is by far the best one around. Easy to use, easy to maintain. We can create and update registries for our clients, associate orders when needed and can easily find them when making a search. Highly recommend the solution. Gift Reggie is the Best Registry app, after trying AAA which should not even be on Shopify. I was in a hurry to open set up the first registry for a young couple, so Jason from Gift Reggie was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was set up in less than 15 minutes.
