I installed the Mageplaza Insta Feed app on my Shopify store and, being a beginner, wasn't sure if I could do it myself. But the service was immediate, friendly and effiicient and I got exactly what I wanted. Could not recommend highly enough! Thank you Abby for your wonderful help!

Only just installed it but it all went smoothly and instructions were clear and helpful.
There's a problem with my app and it says 'Action Needed' but what action is needed? It doesn't tell me. I tried to get help and it said "Your chat is available in Messenger. You can open the chat if you have questions or need more support. Your case number is 26636240612688089." So I clicked "Open chat" and it opened a message window but it's completely blank. Do I wait for someone or begin the chat? I tried typing a message and it says "Couldn't send". Very very frustrating. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.
