Hello, This is Elle from the Mageplaza Customer Success Team. I wanted to reach out one more time regarding the “Product Page Not Found” issue you experienced. First of all, I’m truly sorry for the frustration this caused. That is certainly not the experience we want merchants to have when trying our app. Over the past few days, our team has been actively reviewing this situation. We’ve tested the connection process across several stores and themes but haven’t been able to reproduce the same error on our side. Because of that, we suspect the issue may be related to a store-specific setup or a temporary Instagram API behavior, which is why direct checking on the store would help us identify the cause. We completely understand that you may have decided to move on, and we respect that. However, if you’re ever open to giving the app another chance - even just briefly - we would gladly investigate the issue for you and handle everything from our side to make the process as easy as possible.
