Dont waste your time customer service is terrible. Great concept but nothing syncs correctly and doesnt work properly. They constantly have to "open a support ticket" for every issue and it takes days to fix. Variants DON'T sync over so its a HUGE headache. + you constantly have to upgrade. Also test one product before going from one platform to the next it will delete listings .... no help from customer service. Like i said good concept just the functionality just isnt there unfortunately.

Regarding variants, some selling channels or categories don’t support them, so the app may split them into individual listings to ensure compatibility. Rarely works and never syncs properly. Feel like im always waiting on Customer Service. Expensive for what you get. If your trying to sync over products "quick" to link to video or a live just know its not "quick" at all.
