Extremely Disappointing Experience with CedCommerce TikTok App I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using the CedCommerce TikTok Shop integration app. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app to businesses that depend on accurate product synchronization and responsive customer support. The biggest issue I faced was with product/listing synchronization and data consistency. The product count shown inside the CedCommerce app did not match the product/listing count visible in my TikTok Shop. When you are managing a large product catalog, this is not a minor inconvenience, accurate synchronization and reliable inventory/listing data are fundamental requirements of an integration app. I reached out to CedCommerce support specifically because I wanted clarification regarding the difference in product count data between the CedCommerce app and TikTok Shop. Instead of getting a clear and satisfactory explanation, the support experience became another major source of frustration. I was having a conversation with an agent named Suryansh, and while I was still discussing the product-count issue and trying to understand the discrepancy, the chat was closed by the agent. Closing a support conversation while the customer is actively trying to resolve an unresolved technical/data issue is extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unacceptable for a paid software service. When you're paying for an integration service, you expect the support team to investigate the issue, explain what is happening, and stay with the conversation until there is at least a clear resolution or an actionable explanation. Simply ending the chat does not solve the problem. Another major concern was the pricing and plan recommendation. I was paying approximately $150 per month, even though, based on my actual requirements, I later realized that a plan around $19 per month would have been sufficient for my account. What is particularly frustrating is that CedCommerce did not clearly explain this to me or help me understand which plan was actually appropriate for my usage. If a customer is paying significantly more than necessary because they don't understand the plan structure, I believe the company should make an effort to clearly explain the available plans, their limitations, and which plan best matches the customer's actual requirements. Instead, I ended up paying around $150/month for functionality that I apparently did not need at that level. This is especially disappointing because the whole purpose of using an integration platform is to save time, reduce manual work, and provide reliable synchronization between platforms. When the listing counts are inconsistent, the data needs clarification, and customer support closes the conversation before the issue is properly addressed, the value of the service becomes questionable. I also want to emphasize that my criticism is not simply because I encountered a technical problem. Technical issues can happen with any software or integration platform. What matters is how the company handles those issues.

A great app backed up by great people. Bhavya has been very helpful and is always available when we need help. If you have a large catalogue and run a TikTok shop, this app is a smart choice. We moved from Silk Connector a couple of months ago and haven’t had any issues. The team supported us with the onboarding, setup, and catalogue migration to ensure everything went smoothly. The ability to be able to create custom bundles and variations in the platform is a great feature.

Guter Support, schnelle Antwort und lösen alle Probleme immer super. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Synchronisation mit Shopify müsste automatisher sein. Wenn man etwas an Produkten ändert oder neu hochlädt, muss man immer manuell neu uploaden. Ich finde vorallem Bahvya im Support Team war super.

very quick to link products to TikTok in comparison to other platforms. if there are any issues they're very quick to respond!
Do not pay for the yearly subscription. This app has caused me countless headaches. SKU's will auto sync even when I manually disconnect them and literally change the SKU. So when I'm running a preorder on Shopify, the items will randomly show as in stock on TikTok. This causes me to have to cancel orders, or dispatch them late. Both HUGE issues when it comes to TikTok Shop's strict SLA. Also the syncing will just be delayed randomly, showing sold out items as still in stock on TikTok Shop. Support will just disappear on you, and continuously push you to pay for the yearly subscription. They created a group chat to help me, and once I changed my review to a positive one, they just completely disappeared. I don't recommend this app.

While the app itself works fine, I want to warn anyone considering custom work with this company. We’ve spent over $2,000 on custom development that still doesn’t work after months of issues. Their team shows little urgency in resolving the issue and has not offered a refund, even though the work was never completed as promised. The only time we receive quick responses is when a potential sale is involved — once payment is made, communication slows to a crawl. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. I’d highly recommend using the base app only and avoiding any paid customization unless their process changes dramatically.

The synchronization is very good. If there is something missing, they try to include it. You can add VAT, discounts you want to synchronize, units, and storage. Its global synchronization with reviews and sales for a single product in different countries with translations. Aditi does a good job and is always attentive.
Support is lacking... Been days since we installed to have a solution. I have contact suppor tmany times and nothing changes, they dont take seriously the support at all. i wa sunable to have all my product online on tiktok. each time they tell me i should of done this and that... always customer fault it seems. I delete it.. they wont see me again
This app is great! I use it to sync my TikTok Shop Europe orders directly into Shopify, and it works perfectly once everything is set up. At the beginning, it takes a little time to understand how the interface works, but after that, everything runs smoothly and automatically. What really makes the difference is the support team: super responsive, always available on WhatsApp, and very helpful whenever I had questions. Thanks to them, the setup was much easier and now the app saves me a lot of time every day. Highly recommend if you want a seamless connection between TikTok Shop and Shopify!

Getting started with CedCommerce for TikTok Shop wasn’t the easiest — especially when it came to syncing products at the beginning. The interface also takes a bit of time to learn. But once everything is set up and you get familiar with how it works, it runs smoothly and does the job well. The real highlight for me has been the support: our account manager is always available on WhatsApp and responds instantly, which makes the whole process much easier.
App is brillant and super easy to use, and the team provides an amazing support to set it up.

The CedCommerce TikTok Shop application functions well, orders are perfectly synchronised, although we have occasionally encountered issues with the synchronisation of products and images. However, the technical support team has been helpful at all times and guided us in resolving the issues immediately. I recommend it.

Hi. Ayushi was very helpful and relieved me of so much stress and anxiety about the uncertainty of uploading my products onto TikTok Shop.
