Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much at first, but wow—this thing really gets it. It’s like having a personal shopper built into my store. Customers have been buying more because it nails the recommendations every time. Sales have definitely gone up since we installed it.

I have been using it for a while. Although bugs sometimes occur, they will try their best to solve them. Although the monthly rental fee is not competitive, it is overall good and relatively stable.
