Good app, generally it's really flexible and the team are always at hand to help. They are incredibly patient and supportive and always do their best to help us achieve our goal! Would recommend!

The app works as advertised and Darian is super helpful in trying to get the app working to achieve our goals.

Been using Judge me for over a year now, and overall it's a good experience with the staff mostly being able to answer most of the questions and resolve most of the issues you have.

We've been using the app since November 2024. Does what it says on the tin and is generally enough simple to use. It Required a little additional coding to get it working on our theme which Dan is happy to do. He usually responds within a day if there are any issues and are really helpful when you contact him.

The app itself is easy enough to use and understand Although it would be good if you can create templates and copy them for time saving. It would be good if it could also have selective emails, and not send out emails for every "pre-order" you create. The app on notify unfortunately doesn't send a "thank you for registering" e-mail, for those who register to "wishlist" items. In general, the app mostly works as you'd expect, and if you need extra help, the team are very efficient and do their best to resolve issues, going as far as thinking outside of the box, or doing extra work behind the scenes. The app is good but if the aforementioned features could be added, it would make the app even better.

Helen was really quick and efficient at responding to our question and could tell us what the limitations of the app are. She really helped us to make a decision about what we need to do for the future. For now, the app doesn't allow you to link through to products so customers can view what they are receiving. If this feature was added in the future, it would do what we want.

After installing the app it wasn't working as we wanted to, but the team got back to us promptly and provided ample support to get the app working as we'd liked.

We are a small independent so keeping up with competitor pricing is time consuming, so this app is a must if you have comparable products sold in many other competitors, There are many options to go through and the team at Prisync were always there to help in the background even doing a lot of the work for you if you get stuck, I would recommend taken some time with Ercan at Prisync as he is so helpful and then you can get the app working for you, letting you know who is cheaper and allowing you to react fast, you can even set the price to automatically change if you wish.
