It was a little bit confusing to set up initially. There have been many improvements since we joined about a year ago. Their support is very prompt and helpful.
We offer preorders for many of our products. Essential Preorder has made it easier for customers to understand the process and delivery dates. I am looking forward to the split cart option coming soon.

Great customer service. Very responsive to questions and needs. We are currently utilizing both the subscription app and the loyalty app.
