This customer support team is in the upper tier level of expertise and intelligence. They gave clear, concise, direction and answers. Prompt responses and the team instantly understood our direction and needs. They were efficient and instantly problem solved to make the necessary changes/mapping occur accurately. Incredibly prompt and effective customer service. Emailed for help with review requests and within a few minutes received an answer back, and within 1 more response my issue was completely resolved!
I find the app to be not intuitive and therefor difficult to use. However, the support team has been really helpful which has made it all a bit easier for me. There are tons of videos out there, but talking with the support team actually helps me find the right videos I am looking for.
