We have been using the UPS Capital app for our Shopify store for a year and a half now and love it. It did have some hiccups but seems like they have made some changes to the platform. As a Shopify merchant that uses a vendor to drop ship for us without insurance, this has been a great value to the time to deal with the lengthy process of filing claims with the carriers for damaged or lost shipments. InsureShield for Shopify makes the process of filing claims simple and effective regardless of carrier. Customer support both phone for technical quesitons, the responsiveness from our claim representative, along with payments have been great. We rarely have claims but this gives us peace of mind incase something happens.

Update-after 2 years of using this app it still amazes me the seamless syncs from customer emails to Google. It is awesome! We have used others on the past but this app gets the most reviews back from the customer It lets you know any negative ones so you can follow up with the customer to resolve issues. We are now receiving more and more reviews. We highly recommend installing the app. Customer service and notifications are excellent. The app goes over and beyond what I expected.

Have used this app for a few years on another Shopify store, now using for a 2nd store. We love how easy it is to use with different file source abilities along with multiple feeds. You can automate an upload daily or hourly, etc. Support is responsive and always here to help. Wee have never had any problems and highly recommend one of the best apps on Shopify.

At first the app worked great (early 2020) and there was Merchant support and even a phone number at that time but now no phone number and emails take days even a week for a response. Over the last 6 months the claim dashboard has issues and trying to file the claim is broken. Even the customer gets an error message trying to file the claim. If you have multiple items in the shipment, you have to add photos of every single item so for a box of 100 tiles that arrive broken, you have to add the photos 100 times! One claim was denied for a damaged table top saying it was cosmetic. I only give it 2 stars as it has potential but lacks people that can respond to emails (no phone number is available for any help). They rate a F with the BBB which tells it all. Extremely easy to connect to Pinterest and adding products to catalog. Will monitor to see if it is working correctly,

So easy to setup shopping campaign and edit which products to list. Sync's with Google Adwords account very easily.
