Honestly the transition to a 3PL was not easy nor quick. However since we found Shipmonk we felt confident Shipmonk could take us to the next level as far as of fulfillment and storage. Our Happiness Engineer is amazing, she's trustworthy, she assist us with any issues that may arise. I'm happy to say the communication we have developed is hard to find. In the beginning we would meet weekly until we got the hang of things, then monthly to now only if needed. Their SOPs are within regular expectations, nothing crazy or out of this world. I would definitely recommend using their services, I do recommend to do some research and ask as many questions, so there are no unmet expectations or surprises.
