We were guessing at retention before this. Retrics pulled our order history in and showed us repeat rate, churn risk, and which segments were worth re-engaging — in plain numbers, not a black box. Set up our first win-back campaign the same week. Support has been fast and genuinely helpful when we had questions about the data. Worth it if you care about repeat revenue and not just new orders.
We didn't even download it and it appeared in our apps now can't even delete it!!
Best conversion app we have ever used ! simply worth every penny.
