Zipchat has been easy to set up and use and the onboarding experience has been great. The team has been very friendly and helpful and it didn’t take long to get the chatbot working well for our store. The only downside so far is that the price jumps between the different plans are quite steep. Overall though, a very good experience and a useful tool so far.
We are very satisfied with both the products and the service. Contact with customer service is always smooth, quick and helpful, which makes the whole experience very positive. Highly recommended!
