Zipchat AI Chatbot & Live Chat

Great app! Set-up is really friendly....And it works!! Useful if you are teeny tiny or a large BEAST of a store.

We're just a few weeks into using Zipchat but it has been a great tool for us thus far. It handles most conversations very well and the AI-assisted search is superior to the custom solution we had in place on our site. We have yet to integrate this tool with our social media accounts or other channels but as a support tool on our main site it has been impressive.

Hay bastantes opciones al inicio que pudieran no hacer sentido si es tu primera vez trabajando con un agente de ai, pero para mi sorpresa el equipo de zipchat en España me buscó para ofrecerme una sesión de onboarding, durante la sesión Lorena fue muy amable me ayudó sacarle el máximo a los features que no estaba explotando.

A very powerful tool that’s also incredibly easy to set up. I highly recommend starting with an onboarding call to get a walkthrough of all the features and some help setting everything up properly. We've been using ZipChat for a few months now and we have been really pleased with it. We use it across all three of our domains and it has now become our first point of contact on the websites for our customers. Zipchat has been easy to set up and use and the onboarding experience has been great. The team has been very friendly and helpful and it didn’t take long to get the chatbot working well for our store. The only downside so far is that the price jumps between the different plans are quite steep. Overall though, a very good experience and a useful tool so far.

Non seulement l'IA répond super bien à mes clientes (avec un bon entrainement à la base, j'ai fourni un max d infos) mais en plus elle concrétise des ventes, et le ROI est plutôt élévé, du coup c est un bon investissement. je découvre aujourd'hui plus de fonctionnalités comme des propositions de questions pousser en avant sur les fiches produits ou encore un pop up proactive pour les clients pour pousser la conversion, l'appli réserve beaucoup de possibilités assez cool. Je continue de développer ses compétences sur le site et je suis sure qu il va devenir ma meilleure vendeuse à temps plein :)

I had attempted to build a custom solution for many months, but as soon as I downloaded Zipchat and uploading part of the training data, it dramatically improved in both speed and functionality. We've only been using ZipChat for a few weeks, but so far are really happy with how fast it learns and how many customers are using it. We have a way to go with fine-tuning the ChatBot's voice and knowledge, but the learning curve is fast! I'm giving 4 out of 5 because it is a bit hard to work with a support team who isn't US-based, although they've been responsive and available, it just takes a little extra effort. The prompting system is working, but takes some time to get used to and understand if you're not super AI/tech-savvy.

Very thorough and helpful onboarding. The team are clear and explain everything very well. Answered all of my questions and scheduled follow up for anything we couldn't do on the call. Looking forward to seeing how the app supports the team and our customers.

Utilizzo da poco il servizio zipchat e devo dire che è molto funzionale ed intuitivo. Avendo molta poca esperienza dopo la prima configurazione ho richiesto un supporto al team zipchat e mi hanno supportato tramite call. Devo dire che il referente Alessandro è molto preparato e disponibile ad aiutare, nonchè illustrare le basi di funzionamento dell'app. Inoltre durante la call ha ottimizzato in tempo reale alcuni setting (non proprio idonei) che avevo impostato io e in aggiunta si è appuntato una modifica che ha notato durante la call e che ha effettuato poi offline. Se cercate un app intuita e che vi aiuta realmente zipchat è valida e per qualsiasi supporto il team è preparato. Consiglio

What an absolute shower, absolute waste of time and effort, they do not respond to messages, emails or even bot chat, waited and still await after 2 day for support, Back to Tidio they may be a little more expensive but they give support. Second chance, we have reinstalled because the app was that good for the cost, pleased with the AI side, jury is still out on the support

We run a busy multi-channel hardware, garden and electrical store out of Athlone, and customer questions never stop coming. Zipchat has genuinely changed how we handle that volume. Setup was quick, it trained itself on our product catalogue and pages without much hand-holding, and within days it was answering detailed product questions accurately, including spec-level queries on appliances where we'd normally need a human. What sets it apart from the usual chat widgets is that it sells rather than just deflects. Highly recommended.

I am new to zipchat and ai agents for ecomm. I understood the potential but there is actually much more things possible to do than I thought. I was not sure if Clients would interact with the chatbot but there are a lot of conversations each day (currently about 5-10% of visitors interact with it) so I definitely recommend any ecomm to implement one. Zipchat is great and already proved efficient from week 1 (it takes some time to calibrate it with looking what clients are looking for in terms of info). Onboarding call was great too, installation simple and easy.

We recently moved from Gorgias to Zipchat.ai and have been very impressed so far. The platform was quick to pick up content from our website, making the setup process smooth and efficient. The AI recommendations have been excellent and feel very relevant to our customers’ needs. Overall, Zipchat.ai has been easy to use, effective, and a great addition to our customer support setup. We would definitely recommend trying the 7-day free trial. We are also hoping they bring out an app version soon, as that would be very useful. One feature we feel is currently missing is a timestamp on replies from team members, so we can easily see how quickly we were able to respond to customers. We would also like to attached images or documents for customers for further reading, so far only our customers can attached files. Alessandro & the team were great to work with. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and would recommend Zipchat.ai to other businesses.

The customer service is the worst I experienced in this industry. I am a paying customer. I have several agents deployed, and these guys take more than one week responding and trying to solve problems for paying customers. In e-commerce, time equals money. If you're trusting your sales to be performing at its best potential, this is not the right one.

Zipchat is a fantastic solution for ecommerce operators. The interface is clean and easy to use, especially when compared to other alternatives in the App Store. The support documentation is strong and ready to be integrated into other LLM solutions to create your prompt and teach you how to use the app. If you take the time to learn how to set up everything and write and tweak the prompts for the AI chatbot to use, it becomes an invaluable asset to your business and to your tech stack. You just need to be careful when creating the prompts so the chatbot does not waste AI replies that are left unanswered and that consume your monthly quota of AI replies. Highly recommended and a no-brainer for any Shopify store, in my opinion.

Zipchat has been an impressive AI agent. It responds quickly, understands what our customer is looking for, and helps guide them to the right products with ease. They are constantly adding new features. I'd like to say we will be using this agent for a long time!

We tested Zipchat extensively, had a video call with support, set everything up according to the help section, and tried to optimize it over time. In summary, Zipchat probably works very well with mainstream shops, but less well with niche shops like ours. In fact, we lose potential customers every day who are “put off” by the AI's responses. Despite extensive subsequent response corrections as specified by the app, we were never able to stop this. We had the impression that these corrections were simply not taken into account. According to support, instructions must be accommodated in the very limited text field, which—according to support—is possible, but we were unable to do so in a way that allowed the AI to advise properly. The random suggestion of products is a lottery game, not a targeted action, so even when potential customers specifically ask for products for men, they are given random suggestions – so far, nothing specifically for them, even though it is explicitly stated in the product descriptions. Support kindly offered to put together customized instructions for us, which we unfortunately never received. We have therefore paused the chat in order to avoid losing more customers. We will cancel before the next renewal unless there is an update that significantly improves the situation. Update, one month later: So far, I’ve only received empty promises. I canceled the app so I wouldn’t have to pay the monthly fee again for nothing. Too bad, because the app sounded promising.
