I am so glad to have teamed up with Teemdrop. I love their sourcing systems and the personal attention that you receive from their customer service. I have been working with Winnie and she have been absolutely wonderful and helpful. I explain to her that I was new to Teemdrop and needed help to fulfill some orders. She took care of the problem immediately. She found a similar item and mailed it to my customer, saving the sale. She walked∞ me through the process and took care of everything. I am so grateful to her. She was very helpful and knowledgable. I am happy to have her on my team.
Zendrop customer service team is extremely knowledgeable, I have been working with Tessa, who have been very helpful, polite, and patient. I hope Zendrop knows how valuable she is. There have not been an issue, that she was unable to help me with. Zendrop is new user friendly but you still need to do you do diligence to understand the processes of Zendrop. Thank you Tessa for all your help. I am very grateful.
