I tried 7 (!) EU Guarantee apps for yet another regulation. I didn't like how majority of them pushed their intrusive branding onto your store, how they stick the whole poster directly under the buy button, which is deadly for conversion, how their marketing was dishonest, but you only find out after installing the app and so on. This here has no reviews, so I will be the first one to support this dev. The app is what you see is what you get. It's really easy to set up, you are being guided along the way, the app even helps you check your set up. It looks very decent on the store. The marketing is honest, you get exactly as promised on this page. I placed the EU guarantee notice directly above the buy button and it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. I'm still experimenting where to put it exactly, but with this app YOU CAN. I wish I could upload a screenshot of how my product page looks with the notice, but Shopify App Store won't let me, so you'll have to trust me on this one. It looks decent, the app is decent, just go for it. Your nervous system will thank you!

dishonest marketing! free version is very limited! hidden expensive paid plan. after installing you are reverted back directly to a subscription page. no data set training of the bot on the free plan.

You need to install this! I installed this app yesterday and I was ready and mentally prepared to SUFFER because these kinds of apps are often cumbersome and tedious to set up. But not this one! It was so easy, fast and I was done with the set up in NO TIME! You can adjust the invoices to your needs - which is especially important to merchants with proximity to the EU. You get access to the code of the invoice - which is good, in case the EU comes up with another requirement, we can just put it in there. You can either send them through the app OR attach them to your Shopify notifications! I decided to attach them to the Shopify notifications and it works like a charm! Pasted the code to the Shopify Order Confirmation Code (it was super easy, I don't code and even I was able to do that because you get instructions WHERE to put that code in), saved send test email! And it works flawlessly! I contacted customer service and they are so sweet and kind! Truly amazing customer service! Thank you Ivy and Team!

Really nice app! Looks good, generous free tier and they have the sweetest AI agent in their support bar and amazing people! Many thanks to KIMA for helping me out setting up the email templates after the big update! Looking good! Wish me many sales, so I can upgrade my plan asap!

5 stars for sure! Installed a different app prior to this one. It was so bad, I installed this one at the same time to compare results and this one was in a different book. Highly recommend this one!

I must say, I am pretty impressed with the app so far! Installed and set it up yesterday on a copied store to figure it out and enabled the final version on my published store. The setup is fairly easy, even for beginners, you can even upload your own icons. The payment icons can be customised, which is so great! Often payment icons can stick out like a sore thumb with clashing colours. I could adjust mine to my branding, so they look high quality and intentional and not gimmicky. They even show up on browsers with loads of extensions, which was a problem with the app I used before. Checked my store performance over night and it stayed the same, so no impact here, which is great. Customer service was quick to remove the branding, which was great, too! After trying so many apps and being disappointed multiple times I must say, this app really made my day! Will check out more apps from Channelwill! Really gained my trust with this one! Thank you so much!

I give zero stars for the misleading page. This app is not free. You will be promoted to log in into an account, that you cannot create from the app anyway, so this connector is broken in the first place. When you look at their website, this chatbot is extremely expensive.

Very glitchy, just freezes in the minutes section out of nowhere. And you have to hope that it "fixes" itself. It also slowed down my store and made it laggy. Everything went back to normal after uninstalling the app. However I had a mess to clean up because that app left code in my store for me to find and delete. Very poor experience since it is the devs job to clean up the code, not mine. So if you want to try it, tread carefully! And be ready to dive into your code to clean it up if you find out that it is not for you. ---> "The GSC Countdown Timer app doesn't make any changes to your theme code, and it doesn't leave any code behind when you delete it." The gaslighting! Unbelievable! At least own it! I would give minus 5 stars at this point, when they are straight up lying!

Really good app, which gets the job done and really good easy to understand tutorials. The user is being guided in a simple, intuitive set up. Also the implementation of the code script in theme.liquid, if you want to load the script super fast, is very easy, even for code-averse users! So don't be intimidated! I don't code and I did it! Tested the app, works absolutely great! These devs understand that most users don't understand big technical words or complex code sorcery - and frankly, we don't want to, since we need to focus on selling. An app that just gets it! 10/10

Wow! What a great app! It's like a "soap, water, go"-kind of set up. Worked instantly, changes are applied instantly, didn't slow down my store, huge library of stickers. You can upload your own if you want to. Thoughtful setup of conditions you can set for your stickers. I installed and uninstalled so many apps, which over-promised and under-delivered, but this one is a gem! Such a talented dev! Came straight here to support the dev, since there's way too many bad apps on here and we need to make the good apps visible! Thank you for providing this great app!

This is such a nice and clean app, it has a minimal setup boiled down to all the functions you need. You also get a JSON and CSS window to put in your own code, which worked like a charm. It looks really high quality and native to your store, which makes it even more amazing! No intrusive branding that would make the app stick out like a sore thumb on your store! I played around with the app yesterday and had an amazing experience as a beginner. Tested on different devices and all good from this side, too! I am grateful and excited to launch my store as a brand new business with this great app! After installing I received a kind message asking me if I need help with the set up, which is super thoughtful. I installed Chatty, after being disappointed by other chat bots, that over-promised but under-delivered! Chatty is very intuitive, especially if you are exhausted with balancing high complexity apps and code. It's perfect for beginners! The interface is sleek, easy, and easy to navigate. Just had a quick question and chat with customer support and the support is absolutely amazing! Alyssa helped me so much in my set up phase, so thank you so much! She deserves a raise! Hands down! I am super pleased with the whole package! What you see is truly what you get! Edit: after talking to more customer service people and having a minor issue resolved super fast, it is my opinion that ALL the customer service people and devs DESERVE A RAISE!
