The app team was able to make a backend adjustment for our store that allows delivery dates in the cart to update in real time. This means our customers always see the most up-to-date information when shopping. Great improvement, quick turnaround, and excellent support. Highly recommend!

The app is very comprehensive and offers a wide range of options and features to choose from. We especially like the email automations, which make managing customer communication much easier without having to rely on Klaviyo for everything. Lisa and the rest of the team have been incredibly helpful whenever we reach out through the chat. They take the time to answer all questions thoroughly, and their support made the onboarding process smooth and easy to understand. Overall, very pleased with the app and the level of customer service provided. The combination of the app’s features and the responsive support team has made the experience very positive.
