Really pleased with Judge.me. I had been using trustpilot but the options to display review content was very limited unless you pay quite high fees. Judge.me is far more affordable and easy to integrate. And their customer service is excellent. I had a minor issue and they fixed it within minutes.

So very pleased we found this app. It does pretty much exactly what we want it to do. We are a tea merchant retailing and also blending a number of teas so managing bulk teas and selling by units of specific weight is impossible to do on Shopify without such an app. We found it very easy to set everything up. It's making our lives so much easier. We had a slight issue with the tracking of a particular item so contacted for help and Tarek replied within a minute! And fixed the issue within 20 minutes!! I'm really pleased with this app so far; it's providing exactly what I need. I had an initial issue with getting some of the labels to display in the way I wanted them to so I sent a request for assistance. It's worth mentioning at this point that the app developers are based in Hanoi, Vietnam and I am based in the UK with a 7 hour time difference. Additionally this issue arose on the eve of the Lunar New Year holiday (Tet) when everything in Vietnam shuts down for a week. I received a really prompt reply from Jolie Nguyen who got her developers Tran Duc Nam, Dinh Trong Linh to resolve the issue within little more than an hour. That was excellent service but it didn't finish there. I then had another problem I wanted solving and was quite happy to wait until after the holiday so was amazed to receive a response on the first day of their holiday advising me they had resolved the second issue as well !! I wish we could expect such amazing customer service here in the UK :) Thank you and chúc mừng năm mới
