I am a new customer to the Xboost platform and due to the time difference +7 due to the time difference I had to reach out to the at 4am EST to ask a few questions via chat I got Victor who replied to my chat request within 60 seconds of my sending one out, he was able to answer all my questions about a deal I already setup and confirmed how it worked and that it was working properly. Allan was great, over a 2 day period ihe helped me setup my in person pickup, Delivery with two different apps one of which was not working correctly and shipping.. Customer service was more than I expected.. Thanks again Allan for all your help!!!
