We needed help troubleshooting several complex issues with Zapiet's integration with our existing product line up and fulfillment operations and Zapiet's support team provided exceptional support. I want to call out Stephane specifically who went above and beyond, helping us resolve our problems no matter the complexity. He was patient in understanding what exactly we needed and exceptional with finding the exact solutions that would work for our set up. Cannot commend him enough. He was experienced, calm, friendly and helpful throughout the entire interaction. One of the best customer support experiences I've had.
