I really like this page builder!! I've tried a few others and this is very simple to layout. There are sometimes issues making the layout display correctly but their team will really work with you to get it right. So very happy and please with this app!!!

I must say- this is the BEST personalization app out there. I first reviewed a total of eight (8) other apps, and then installed but deleted three (3) others that were just too hard to figure out, before settling on this one!! This app was pretty much really easy to setup myself, and I am not the best at this, after only having my shop for about a year. The others I deleted were too complex, and I couldn't get help for their support fast enough to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes and losing money. Michael usually responds within a few hours- (we're in NY- he's in Europe). There was one issue where we had a Buy x Get Y 50% off coupon and the app was discounting every applicable item at first- as it was not configured for complex discounts on multiple items (only one in a BOGO setup) in "Draft order" mode. Please note- this was an issue because we charge for personalizations, and would not have been noticed if our personalizations were free. That issue was temporarily resolved by disabling "Draft order" mode, but it then created a minimal product total which upped the product count ( this could be confusing as the price was still accurate). Michael- went in and made a fix that corrected the issue throughout the app. Therefore these complex discounts- even automatic ones- now process seamlessly in Draft Order mode, with proper cart and checkout calculations/ discounts. We really appreciate all their help in allowing us to add this app to our site in a way that meets all our needs. Awesome app and even awesome-er (my word) customer service! I previously used Stackable which is a very good app, but is was not compatible with many of the apps we were using (Upsells, pre-orders, and a few others). We also had issues with coupons applying at Shop Pay checkout, or customers being unable to checkout altogether!! However, this app works great with ALL our apps, and the customer support made customizations to our store immediately upon installation. That was extremely reassuring because no store wants customers claiming multiple discounts while in setup mode. I am so grateful I found it and highly recommend!

I have to say that Dialogue AI has ben a TOTAL GAME CHANGER for us!!! The purchase options/catalogs it added to our site makes us look so professional and has doubled (sometimes tripled) our sales. It has also quadrupled the amount of time people spend on our site, because there are so many more options for them to click through. Their customer service is EXCELLENT, as they seek to partner with stores so that their app can help produce as many conversions as possible with each visit. I am blown away and extremely grateful for this new addition! This is app is a no brainer and I truly believe that it will increase the sales of most (if not all) stores once added. Thank you! This is a really great app!!! I love all the free gift options/settings and Robert was awesome for mostly setting all this up for me. I first installed and then deleted this because I could not make it work-but I'm sooooo glad I gave it another chance and let them do the setup.

Just received the most awesome customer service from Lucio. Being new to Shopify, he gave me a lot of helpful tiPs and made sure I was set up correctly. Looking forward to using this app and its results!
