I run a small brand (2dogstreats.com), and customer retention, especially repeat purchases from customers who prefer not to subscribe, is a big focus for us. Repete fills that gap by giving us a simple way to nudge those customers to come back and reorder. It’s been working as expected, and we’ve already seen several repeat orders come in as a result of those reminders. Setup was quick and easy, and the reminders feel well-timed and relevant without being overbearing. It’s been especially useful for building repeat behavior outside of our subscription program. I shared a few ideas based on how we run our business, and they were responsive and thoughtful in how they approached the feedback and what they’re planning to build next. Love the smart cart functionality in this app...and the support team does a great job if you run into any issues. Rebuy's reorder landing pages are great for driving win-back campaigns too. Would love to see Rebuy integrate with other subscription apps, like Awtomic.

TAKING THE MIGRAINE OUT OF MIGRATION: My biggest fear in changing subscription companies was migrating current subscribers (we were with Bold and wanted to move to a Shopify checkout native app). Great app and an easy way to have a daily look at net profitability - rather than just gross profit from your shopify store. Looking forward to the integration of other channels like amazon!
