We've been using this app to give customers a better post-purchase experience, and it's been a great addition to our store. Having a branded tracking page keeps customers on our website instead of sending them to carrier sites, and the tracking updates have helped reduce "Where is my order?" inquiries. Setup was straightforward, the interface is easy to navigate, and everything has worked reliably so far. The support team has also been responsive whenever we've had questions. Overall, it's a solid solution for improving order tracking and customer communication.
The instant pings straight into our Slack channel mean the whole team sees a low count at the same moment, it also does the math on how much to reorder which used to be guesswork for us. Running three warehouses is finally manageable in one place. Would be great if it hooked into teams as well.
The interface is easy to configure, and it integrates well with our store without requiring extensive customization. We noticed that customers are more likely to create accounts when they don't have to remember another password.
Not someone who usually leaves reviews but this has been useful. I can set different offers based on previous purchases, which saves me a lot of manual work. The reporting section gives me enough detail to make decisions. Would be nice if there were more examples for first time users though.
This app has made it much easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for in our store. The search and filtering options are flexible, fast, and easy to customize, which is especially helpful when managing a larger product catalog. This app has made it much easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for in our store. Setup was painless and the compliance statement page generated automatically which our legal advisor was happy about. The interface where customers adjust their own preferences works well on desktop. Two requests from me: please add more language options for the user facing widget, and an option to position the trigger button on the left would help our RTL stores a lot.
I dont usually leave these but here we are. The dyslexia font option is something my daughter actually uses now and the whole thing didnt slow my site down at all.
We've had a great experience using this app. It made adding print-on-demand products to our Shopify store much easier, and the product creation process is straightforward. The quality of the finished products has been consistently impressive, and having everything sync with Shopify saves us a lot of manual work. The support team has also been responsive whenever we've had questions. If you're looking for a reliable print-on-demand solution with unique, high-quality products, this app is definitely worth trying. Highly recommended!
What surprised me most was how quickly I could start experimenting. I tested product descriptions, page sections, and a few pricing changes over the same month. The analytics helped me understand why certain versions performed better instead of just showing raw numbers. My store speed stayed consistent too, which I was worried about. I'd like a larger library of sample experiments, and maybe more ways to organize old test results when you have a lot running.
Been using this for a month on a catalog with several thousand skus. The segment builder pulls from way more attributes than i expected so I can slice things really precisely. Scheduling updates overnight means the shop is fresh every morning without me touching it. Getting inventory pings straight into Slack keeps my team in the loop. The dashboards are solid. Wish the export had more file formats though, and the scheduler could use a proper calendar view.
Run a small shop and the wholesale side was a headache before this. Setting minimum quantities for trade customers takes a minute now and i love that i can schedule a rule to switch on for a sale weekend then turn itself off. Exporting to Excel for my accountant helps too. Would be nice to import rules in bulk.
