Against The Grain Furniture

We had cause to need a recovery but had never used Rewind before. They responded to our request within about an hour. Fortunately, we resolved the issue internally and didn't need to recover in the end but they (Bianca) followed up on this with a lovely email. This has given us a very good impression of Rewind so far.
