I just installed this app so I don't have longterm experience, but Sophia was a total rockstar in using her VPN to show me that the app was working from various countries. Super fast and friendly. Give Sophia a raise! :)

Easy to set up, I had some issues getting the badge to show on my collection pages and customer service was on it in hours, fixed without a hitch! So happy to have come across this app! Thank youuuuu Carlo!
The tags are not working properly. Automations not sending due to tags not working. I contacted support and have been waiting 3 weeks for a resolution.
Just installed the Subscriptions Recurring Orders and so far I am over the moon with how easy it was to set up! (Seriously, I did it while also getting my girls ready for school, it's that simple.) Support was lightening fast to remove the clickable branding, I am so excited to see where this takes my business!
