Fantastic customer service. We have been using Section Store for many of the different elements in our store. Recently there was a minor technical issue that we could not resolve and we reached out to the help center. They identified and fixed our issue in under 24 hours time. I could not recommend this app highly enough.

There are so many reasons for a 5-star review for this app. First of all, this is an one click upsell app that is priced fairly and competitively against similar solutions. Almost every other similar apps cost at least twice at much, for the same features and functionalities. Second, it works exactly as advertised and we were extremely pleased with the take up rate of our upsell offers. This app is by far, one of the best apps that we've used in terms of increasing actual tangible profits to our store. We were also extremely impressed when we submitted to a list of future features that we would like to see with this app, and lo and behold, received a quick update from the lead developer who thanked us for the suggestions and were in fact, working on including these features right now.
