We've been using the app for just over a month and the experience has been extremely positive thus far. Our onboarding specialist, Sadie, was extraordinarily helpful in getting us set up for success. She hopped on multiple calls with us to ensure we were incorporating best practices. Additionally, the customer support has been very responsive post onboarding. We reached out about an issue we wanted to address and within the hour, a CS specialist (Nair) responded that he was working on the issue. Another specialist (Christian) helped address the issue and it was solved before the end of that business day. Overall, very pleased with the experience thus far! Outside of exceptional customer service and support, the platform has been effective at driving additional revenue. Would recommend to any brand looking to introduce upsell capabilities!

Just installed the app, very user friendly. Needed some help modifying my theme for the app to work in a better way for us, and contacted the support team. WOW, they were extremely responsive, and quickly made some code changes to my theme to get the system to operate exactly like I wanted. More than impressed! As a Lifetimely fan, I was excited to try Upsell by the same team. We started with just two placements and it did well, but when we added 4 more, the AMP team knocked it out of the part with the setup, and 40% of orders are now taking an upsell. I've never heard of a take rate that high. Their team is highly responsive and want to see your store win. Don't be worried by the lower number of reviews, it's because it's new. This is going to be a best of Shopify app if it gets the same results for your as it has for our store. Thanks AMP

Way more thorough and customizable compared to the competition. We were manually coding some of these type of cart add ons and it took hours. Being able to just click a few buttons and easily set these up has been a game changer! My one suggestion is they dig into some more advanced ways to prevent abuse of the cart add ons though. Simple app interface, very user friendly. Support are always responsive and provide helpful suggestions. We hope the app continues to innovate to add some more functionality, such as auto-removal of gifts from the cart when tired gifts are being used and the next tier is reached as this would solve some of our user confusion. Honestly was a little hesitant at first, but after meeting with the team and discussing both how it works and what I can gain from it, I have nothing bad to say. It's intuitive and easy to understand, but if you are struggling with anything, the team is very easy to reach.

Great APP! Excellent Customer Support! Complete product journey from product page, product page pop-up, cart page, checkout page, post purchase page, thank you page, and order status page. Besides this, this APP supports AI upsell items, and this's very helpful, the converted percentage is quite high. Highly recommend.

I won't use it the way it currently is. If you're looking for an app that allows you quick set-up and you don't care about flexibility in the messaging of each of your upsells (which we've seen is crucial for conversions), then this will be fine for you. It took me less than 10 minutes to figure out that this just isn't a good fit. The editor is clunky, I can't see previews of individual products and worst of all I can't have individual messaging per funnel above the fold. I hoped this App could be a one-stop solution for our upsell funnels, but it can't be the way it is now. The app isn't bad, but it just isn't good either. If you're looking to maximize your upsell revenue, this isn't it. If you're just looking to set anything up, then this would probably be fine.
