We just migrated our store from WooCommerce to Shopify and BON Loyalty has been one of the smoothest parts of the entire transition. The app itself is incredibly well thought out — earning rules, rewards, point redemption all just work out of the box, and the customization options are exactly what we needed without being overwhelming. But honestly the biggest standout has been the support. The entire team but specifically, Ame, has been amazing — quick to respond, patient with our questions, and clearly genuinely cares about making sure things work right for our business. The kind of support that makes you actually want to keep using the app long-term. For any Shopify merchant looking at loyalty programs — BON is the real deal, and you'll be in great hands with the team behind it. Highly recommend!

App does exactly what is advertised, great option if you are looking for a way to cleanly notify your customers with a lot of options to customize your emails as well. The team is also very responsive and helpful. Thanks again!
