So far I'm very happy with the app. Customer service is responsive and helpful. The app itself is easily designed for abandoned cart and abandoned checkout recovery, which is the main reason I'm using it. The app uses a flow chart style of organization for recovery, making it very easy to set up.

I had a brief conversation with Rain to set things up and was very pleased with the interaction. The process took only about a minute, Rain was very courteous, and even provided helpful information about my website that I didn't even ask for. Overall very good support.

So far I'm very pleased with the app. Setting up upsells and cross sells on product pages and the shopping cart can be done in just a few clicks. You can also modify the styling and include discounts for bundled products.
