I spent days setting up different review apps, and never had such professional support. All my questions were answered and requests fulfilled very quickly. And the app itself is the best, very easy to use.
I cannot use the app, it just doesn't load

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the app not loading. This is definitely not the experience we want for our users. Sadly, this was a technical issue that we did not have much control of. As of now, we have found a solution that allows you to access the app via the Shopify dashboard again with all of your data. This was just a temporary issue that won't happen again. You can go back to using Opinew like before!
The best sale app. Highly recommended. And their support is amazing

I used this app to transfer my reviews from etsy. Worked perfect and saved me tons of time. Highly recommended. Also, I have to mention quick and friendly support.
