Been using the app for 24 hours now and I couldn't be happier, it looks great and the customer service is excellent! Highly recommended this app. It is very easy to use and I'll be suggesting it to other store owners.
I would really love to see this in action in order to decide If picking a plan is worth it. I just need to see something change first.

Please describe the issue and we will have a look at your store settings and suggest a solution. I will ask our team to have a look at your store in the meantime. We can extend a trial if that is needed. It's not a problem. Will be waiting for your email. Thank you! Update: I've also followed up on this to the ...@gmail.com email that you use for your store. I've also explained how the trial period works.

I've used a few ratings apps now and this one is the best looking and has a simplistic design. Lots of features.
I tested this app out and found it extremely easy to navigate and the interface was very fresh. I had some quick questions and the customer service replied to me in minutes, very friendly and helpful. I'll absolutely continue using this app.
