Great customer service, also this App is very useful since the Shopify search engine seems not working so well.

This app is great, fulfilled basically all the needs that our store customer support department needed. (Integrate with gmail, facebook,UPS, orders and customer profile). special thanks to Romain Lapeyre, great demo and customer service experience. It would be even better if there is a yearly plan with discount :)

Great customer service, great app, very fair pricing, highly recommended ! Thank you team!
