Teamet bak Supportify har lidenskap for det de gjør og er raske til å hjelpe med hva enn vi måtte lure på. Appen får jevnlige oppdateringer og blir bedre og bedre fra uke til uke. Overraskende enkelt å sette opp. God chatbot, og ticketsystemet sørger for at man har kontroll over sakene og at ingenting går i glemmeboka.

This app charge your $39.99 right away even when you cancel your subscription to same day and they don't refund back automatically. Therefore this app is a scam and you cannot come in contact with them so you'll have to get your money back.

Just to clarify, our app does not offer a free trial currently, which means when a subscription is started, the charge is applied right away for the billing period. In your case, the charge occurred because the subscription had already started before you uninstalled the app. That said, by uninstalling the app, your subscription was automatically canceled, and you will not be charged again. This app is a total scam, they charge you $25 right away and it is not free 14 day trial. They do not refund the money back even if you cancel the app within two days. Stay away from this app is a total scam.

Once a charge is approved, Shopify handles all billing and fund transfers. After receiving your email, our team responded promptly requesting a copy of the invoice so we could validate and process your refund. However, it looks like the message may not have been seen on your end. That said, we’ve already gone ahead and processed a full refund for the $24.99 charge as a courtesy.
