They should be called manualDS Awful experience I bought the AutoDs subscription and I get orders sent to auto order. EVERY TIME I get an error. Sometimes is you don’t have enough credit in the wallet. AND I HAVE. Sometimes it’s something about custom information. And I try reaching to the customer service and it takes days until they answer. It’s horrible. Totally not recommended, I suggest people getting an agent in the suppliers country and work with them. DISAPPOINTED !

AutoDS brings product importing, stock monitoring, sourcing, and order automation into one place, which makes managing my store more convenient. I especially appreciate the sourcing service and the support team’s help when an order encounters an issue. I’m still early in using the platform, but so far it has been a useful tool for managing my dropshipping business.

I like AutoDS and find the platform useful, but the monthly subscription cost feels a bit high, especially for new store owners who are still working toward their first consistent sales. I would really appreciate a more affordable plan or a loyalty discount for long-term users. Lower pricing would make it much easier for small sellers like me to continue using AutoDS as we grow. Once the best, now completely broken since the Fiverr acquisition. This used to be the top app in the market, but it has completely gone downhill. Core features like price monitoring and supplier importing no longer work. I have opened multiple support tickets, but all I receive are empty apologies and broken promises. I am being charged over $200 a month for a service I cannot use due to ongoing technical issues. If I am not getting price and inventory monitoring, there is no reason to suffer with this app; I could easily use a basic alternative for $10 that imports thousands of items without monitoring. To make matters worse, their technical failures occur at least three times a year, with each issue taking months to resolve. Effectively, I am paying for a service that is broken six months out of the year. Additionally, if you try to downgrade your subscription, they force you to delete all your store items. This app is no longer viable, and you will lose more money covering its subscription costs than you will ever make using it. Avoid at all costs.

The app crashes immediately whenever I try to cancel my subscription by clicking the "plan" button. It’s absolutely shameless. This makes it impossible for me to cancel the subscription.

I'm a tech-challenged person with multiple mental disabilities. Still, I stretch to do the best I can with new adventures. I'm almost through with my main tasks and doing detail work. When I look at any webpage, I find it hard to locate almost anything. My brain overlooks most nuances, which can make things that would take a normal brain less than a second can take four or five instructions through chat to help me. Today I was really struggling, and had to finish a project. The auto DS app made it easy to recover some products I'd accidently deleted. Shopify AI support was awesome in helping me find my way despite my ADHD and mental processing disabilities. I would still be pounding my head against the wall (metaphorically) had I not received their help!
