App has been great so far. Customer service in the live chat was even better. They helped customize some font sizing for me that I wouldn't have been able to do without them.

Phenomenal product. Been using them for 3 years now. They continuously update. And their customer service goes above and beyond. They've literally done coding for me related to the app, which is crazy nice. Highly recommend. And the price point smashes others like yotpo out of the water
Super user-friendly even if you've never done surveys before. Also loved the fact that their Support team is very responsive.
