Says there is a free trial. But charged me the full price for the plan. When I reached out about it they stated I had the app in the past. I don't remember EVER using this app. But if I did it is ok, I just want to be refunded because apparently I didn't like it because I don't even remember it. I couldn't have had it installed long at all.

Hi there, We're truly sorry for the confusion and the experience you had. We completely understand why this was frustrating. Your store had previously activated the app, so when it was installed again, the free trial was no longer available. As a result, the subscription charge was applied when the plan was activated, which understandably came as a surprise. As soon as we received your request, we followed up with you via chat and email to explain what happened and review your case. We're also glad we were able to get everything resolved.
