I love it. It works so well, it's easy to input new videos and to tie them to specific products. I also had some questions about how to adapt the integrations to fit our custom brand needs and the founder Mark was super responsive and happy to provide guidance and help. Very pleased.
Sam is an absolute rockstar. We needed a specific rule that was not in their system already in a quick timeline, and he helped make it happen for us. Would highly recommend.

The customer support has been incredible. I had a technical issue, wrote a quick email, and within 15 mins I had a response with the solution. Amazing. We have it integrated into shopify and Klaviyo and it's working amazingly
