Wechsel zu Plenty App so späte wie möglich.......Die neue plenty App importiert die Artikel, Kunden und Bestellungen doppelt, wenn mann bereits plenty Plug-in verwendet. Die Migration funktioniert nicht richtig. Die seltsame Form der Entwicklung besteht darin, dass sie die App als neuen Kanal definiert haben, sodass Sie zwei Shopify-Einstellungen (Shopify app und Shopify Plu in)erhalten. Preis und Inventar in der app sind kein separater Abschnitt (genau wie vorher), um zu definieren, ob Shopify oder plenty die Daten aktualisieren sollen, sodass Mann gezwungen ist, Preis und Inventar zusammen auszuwählen. Wenn Ich mit dem Support AKA Traian sprechen, kommen sie mit einigen seltsamen Spekulationen zurück, als ob der Benutzer dumm wäre, und sie stellen sich nie vor, ob ihre App ein Problem haben könnte. Dies ist jedoch eine gängige Praxis von PlentyMarkt. Sie veröffentlichen immer etwas, das noch nicht fertig ist. Die App hat sich auch immer abgemeldet. Support ist super langsam. Sie schlugen mir vor, alle meine Produkte in Hülle und Fülle zu löschen. Dann löschen sie alle in ihrem Backend und importieren sie erneut. Nach 3 Tagen Erfüllung meines Teils habe ich keine Antwort vom Support. Sehr langsam, obwohl diese Angelegenheit sehr schnell erledigt werden kann. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass sie sehr beschäftigt sind, nur weil das System voller Fehler ist und es auch sehr anfällig ist. Ein kleiner Fehler und irgendetwas funktioniert nicht mehr...Jedes Mal, wenn ich zu dieser App zurückkomme, sollte ich mich anmelden. Ich habe so etwas in den letzten 10 Jahren Erfahrung mit Shopify noch nie gesehen.

Great app. the price is the reason we decided for it and now I am happy. The use interface is also great. Christina helped me quickly to set it up and answer my questions. The only wish is that we hope this work with the translation app we have: Weglot. that is sad this great app does not work with translations app

Great support and great app. Although seeing most of the options is in the paid plan, but still this app offers many option that the others absolutly not offering under the paid plan. It is perfect to start and grow with...recomended
