He was very helpful and even helped me find what I couldn't on my end when I was confused with screenshots. We had run into some trouble with our site in the past and were just checking to make sure there wasn't anything we needed to do. He explained my questions and even recommended what we should do on our end to make sure we have a smooth and efficient experience with the app! Recommend using the chat and app!!!
