There are a few apps claiming to do the same thing as DPL. I have tried them. They all had one issue or another (problem syncing inventory, hard to reach customer support etc.). DPL did have issues for me in the first week of set up, but the key thing is their support system is much more robust than competitors. And now the system works flawlessly. Thank you DPL.
The bi-directional inventory sync doesn't work. Worst of all, there is absolutely zero support -- no response to my multiple emails. I wanted to like this app, and was hopeful based on the reviews. I'm not sure why the developer deserted this app.

Please note that I'm the app owner and my mission is to provide first hand support and not send you to external support that will waste your time :) I've replied immediately after receiving your email and we communicated multiple times and I've provided you a solution. Please note that we have a 10 hours time difference and when you emailed me later on I replied once I've seen your additional request and you haven't replied since.
