A lot of courriers are now available with international services available. Please add COD for Indonesia :-) EDIT: I liked the app until i started to have problems with it... because when the problem appeared the support never answered. The shipping cost charged to the customers is always lower than what the courrier actually charges us.. 10-20% lower.
The integration is good and numerous list of campaigns are recommended with the conversion rate indicated so you can pick the right one.. it is flexible and fairly easily customisable. Customer Support is great and super helpful.

The review widgets were not appearing on my website, my theme was blocking the functionality of the app. I contacted the app customer service and within less than 24 hours, the support team fixed everything. Thank you very much.
