I’ve been using Shuttle since before it was called Shuttle, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best tools out there for managing Etsy and Shopify together. The features are rock-solid (even on the basic plan, which is all I use), and they’re constantly adding helpful updates. But the real standout is the customer service. The best app I have in my Shopify arsenal. The app links directly with my Shuttle account and has seamlessly brought in all my Etsy reviews. The automated email system to encourage people to leave reviews is beyond fantastic! I can even send out a coupon for those who leave a review with a photo! But, the best part is the customer support. For every question that I have, the team is there to answer with professionalism. I've had a lot of questions and not one has gone unanswered. A+++ I couldn't imagine my shop without this app!

Absolutely amazing App! I've been using Vela with my Etsy shops for almost 3 years and now opening up a new Shopify store, this has saved me hundreds of hours of valuable time. There is a slight learning curve, but if skim through the help files, it's very intuitive. I also had a small problem with some of my listings and within 1 hour it was fixed perfectly. They even went on a zoom call to hear my issue. VERY IMPRESSED! And for the price, $10 is nothing to update hundreds of products with a click of the button.
